Refund & Withdrawal Policy

1) How to request a refund or withdrawal

Email is always available: contact support@sharklaneprep.com with subject “Refund/Withdrawal – Order #[number]”.

Where the law requires exercising statutory withdrawal via the same online tool used for purchase, you will also see an in-product option at Account → Billing → “Request refund/withdrawal” (via Stripe). We confirm receipt, revoke access, and start the refund process promptly.

2) Statutory withdrawal / cooling-off (where applicable)

If your jurisdiction grants a statutory withdrawal/cooling-off right for online purchases, you may withdraw within the legally specified period from purchase or from access availability (as applicable). When applicable, we issue a refund to the original payment method and revoke access/void remaining credits.

Transparency notes

  • Statutory withdrawal (when it applies) may still be valid even if you started using the service during that period, subject to local rules.
  • After refunds, any remaining credits are void, and access is revoked.

3) Commercial Refund Policy (voluntary, outside statutory rights)

Where no statutory right applies, we offer the following voluntary policy:

Goodwill window: you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase provided usage remains within gentle caps designed to prevent abuse (e.g., a limited number of graded essays or interview simulations).

After the window: no refunds, except for verified technical failures attributable to us or as required by applicable law.

4) Timing

We initiate refunds promptly after a valid request. Card issuers typically display the credit within ~5–10 business days after Stripe submits it; actual posting times depend on your bank and network.

5) Chargebacks

If a bank dispute is opened, we may suspend access while resolving it and request information to expedite resolution.
